A note on Lasting Power of Attorney fees. An LPA must be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian, which charges a statutory fee of £92 per document (recently increased from £82). This is a government charge, separate from our own fee — and we’ll always be upfront about exactly what you’ll pay and to whom. Read more about LPAs →

Do you visit people at home?
